always wore that guitar anytime when Queen have a performance. It has a special design because manufacturer made it with Mahogany wood for neck and body with chamber acoustic on its body. This guitar has 24″ skill which haven’t popular (generally are 24.75″-25″ or 25.5″). 45 mm nut’s wide on fretboard which using Ebony wood. There are 24 fret with medium size on it. This guitar has neck thickness about 21mm on first fret and on 12 fret. Although its pickup configuration is triple single coil, but it has a different place, not same as Stratocaster which placed it a little bit sloping. All of Brian May pickup guitars has placed straigh. There are 6 switchs to control its pickups. Each of 3 switchs on top side for On/Off switch, then 3 switchs on bottom side for Phase control from each pickups. If you’re always playing a common guitar, maybe
it’s difficult for you because there’s many knobs here. But, if you’re so interesting about sound exploration, you must buy this guitar.
PLAYABILITY
This guitar will give you a nice playability because it has made with so strong and they so look out about its detail. But, because this guitar body is Flat Top, you must have a little bit adaptation. And also for people who usually playing guitar
with 25.5′ skill, maybe 24″ skill on it feel shorter. But it doesn’t feel at long time. Because this guitar will give you an unique experience. So, you’re not feelin about adaptation process. And it include how to adapt with 6 switchs on it.
SOUND
It easy to play guitar sounds and licks from Brian May. You could copy picking and fingering from Brian May, so you can play Bohemian Rhapsody guitar solo with Brian May’s guitar sound. Or you can play Rock n Roll rythme part such “Pretty Little
